FAQ
Quick answers.
Is Openn Invoice accounting software?
No. It makes quotations and invoices, sends them, shows who has paid and helps you get paid. It has no ledgers, payroll, stock or bank connection. For your accountant it gives tax reports and CSV files.
I send only a few invoices. Is a spreadsheet enough?
It can be. A spreadsheet works while you can remember who has paid. Once you are chasing payments or checking tax by hand, the Free plan gives you 5 invoices a month at no cost.
How is it different from a free invoice maker?
A free invoice maker gives you a PDF and stops there. Openn Invoice keeps the invoice: you see when it was opened, what is still unpaid and who needs a reminder, and your customer gets a page showing what to pay and how.
Can I use it next to my accounting software or my accountant?
Yes. Many businesses invoice here and hand the figures over. Download tax reports and CSV files at any time. On Pro, Team and Business you can add your accountant with a role that sees reports and cannot change invoices.
What can I bring with me?
Your customers and your items, from CSV files of up to 2 MB each. A name that already exists is skipped and never replaced. Old invoices and payments are not imported.
What does it cost?
Free costs nothing and covers 5 invoices a month, for as long as you like. Pro adds unlimited invoices, bank statement matching, messages from your customers and recurring invoices. Prices are set for your country and shown on the home page.
