Can the client accept the quote online?
Yes. They open the link, choose Accept this quotation and type their name. You see who accepted it and when.
The event was cancelled. What do I do with the invoice?
Cancel the invoice, or issue a credit note for the part you are giving back. Both stay in your records.
Can I charge for catering by guest?
Yes. Enter the number of guests as the quantity and the price for each as the rate.
Can the client see what they have paid so far?
Yes. Each customer has a page with their invoices, their payments and what is left to pay. It opens with a code sent to their email.
